Twillingate Island

Road to the Isles.

Twillingate consists of two bridged islands with a small tickle between them.

Locally it’s called “Twillingate Island” and thought of as one place using “northside” and “southside” to represent the north and south islands.

It’s well-known for icebergs, whales, fresh air, Outport culture, the Fish, Fun and Folk Festival and Long Point Lighthouse.
